What are they?

What are TRAININGSHARE™ Public Workshops?

 

Taylor Performance Solutions primary business is designing and delivering customized training to businesses that want to improve performance in key areas such as sales, service, leadership or internal training.  We also offer one-on-one training to individuals when they want to develop specific skills to improve their individual performance. However, we often receive requests from individuals looking for public workshops, as they may not be comfortable in a one-on-one setting.

 

When we have multiple requests for the same workshops such as Presentation Skills, Time Management, Manager/Supervisor Skills and Train the Trainers, we will schedule a TRAININGSHARE™ workshop.   We then invite those individuals who made the initial inquiry to register. After they register, we open the workshop to the public.

 

What makes TRAININGSHARE™ different from other public workshops?

 

Unlike other workshops open to the public, we customize TRAININGSHARE™ workshops to our participants’ needs. Once you register for a TRAININGSHARE™ workshop, we send you an online survey to help us assess your development needs. Sometimes, we will call our registrants to gain a better understanding of their current challenges. We combine all the participants survey results and the interview information and develop a customized agenda and reference materials.  This customization helps ensure that your time is spent on topics that are important to you. We like to say “We don’t teach fluff!”

 

TRAININGSHARE™ workshops are developed using proven programs that have been delivered numerous times for our clients. They are interactive, fun, informative and full of practical ideas you can use immediately to help you improve performance.

 

Taylor Performance Solutions does not overpromise what you will learn in a TRAININGSHARE™ workshop and we don’t pack 100 people into a room. This is not the way adults learn. These are true workshops…not lectures.
