Linda Berke has 18 years experience in consulting, training and coaching for businesses and individuals.
Prior to starting Taylor Performance Solutions, Ms. Berke was a Corporate Training Manager for two global financial institutions.
While in these positions, her initiatives and training programs resulted in increased sales, improvement in customer satisfaction, increased employee satisfaction and reduction of expenses.
In 2003, Ms. Berke founded Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc. She has experience in multiple industries and has worked with all levels of employees in companies with 20 to 3,000 employees.
Ms. Berke was featured on the News 12 show Jobline which focused on “Enhancing Your Skills in the Workplace Moving Up the Corporate Ladder.” She is President of the American Society of Training and Development Long Island Chapter for 2006-2008 and is active in the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women and The Society for Human Resource Management.
She teaches workshops for the New York State Small Business Development Center and the company is an eligible provider for the New York State Department of Labor.
Lisa D’Antone has 11 years of experience as a Professional Skills Training Manager. In her career, she worked in all departments of the Retail Division of a Global Bank and spent six years managing the operations and sales of a retail branch. Her sales responsibilities included prospecting for new business accounts and new business loans.
In 1996, she transitioned to Training and Development and designed and delivered programs for Business Product Knowledge, Consumer Product Knowledge, Small Business Lending Products and Processes, Managing Branch Business Performance, Selling Essentials, Prospecting for Investment Products, Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills.
Ms. D’Antone joined Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc. in 2004 and focuses on the design and delivery of Sales Skills Training, Management Development Training and Customer Service Training. She graduated from St. Johns University and is active in Nassau County Girl Scouts and local community organizations.
Rachel Cashwell has 11 years experience in Training and Development. Previously, Ms. Cashwell was a Corporate Training Specialist for a mutual fund company, a major retail store and a global bank. Her diverse training background enables her to quickly adapt to any audience. She designs and delivers programs for Sales, Service, Supervising, Leadership, Negotiations and Investment Representation Skills. She is a graduate of Bucknell University and has her Series 7 & 63 and Real Estate License. She is an active member of her local PTA and civic organizations.
Christine and Mary are experienced professionals who specialize in instructional design, training delivery and organizational development. They support our team with special projects in sales, leadership and team building.
