Linda Berke has over 20 years experience in consulting, training and coaching for businesses and individuals. Prior to starting Taylor Performance Solutions, Ms. Berke was a Corporate Training Manager for two global financial institutions.
While in these positions, her initiatives and training programs resulted in increased sales, improvement in customer satisfaction, increased employee satisfaction and reduction of expenses.
In 2003, Ms. Berke founded Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc. She has experience in multiple industries and has worked with all levels of employees in companies with 20 to 3,000 employees.
Ms. Berke is a frequent contributor to business articles in Newsday and Long Island Business News. She was featured on the News 12 show Jobline which focused on “Enhancing Your Skills in the Workplace Moving Up the Corporate Ladder.”
Ms. Berke was President of the American Society of Training and Development Long Island Chapter from 2006-2008 and served on the Board for four years. She graduated from Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University in 1985.
Ellen Sauchelli has over 20 years of combined Sales and Sales Management experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to working with Taylor Performance Solutions, Ms. Sauchelli was a District Manager for Chase Bank’s Retail Banking network. In this role, she was responsible for hiring, training and coaching Retail Sales Professionals. Ms. Sauchelli also spent six years as a Product Manager. During this time, she designed and implemented new product introductions, customer retention programs and marketing programs.
During her tenure, Ms. Sauchelli directed the launch of the first In-Store Banking program. She successfully worked with supermarket management to negotiate and design branch space to meet bank, supermarket and customer needs. In addition, Ms. Sauchelli designed and executed programs to successfully market new products in this unique environment.
Ms. Sauchelli is a graduate of Adelphi University, is actively involved in her community and serves as Vice President of her local PTA.
Christine Galioto has worked in the service industry for 18 years holding both managerial and senior training positions. She started her career in a Management Training Program and after managing the operations and sales development of several branches, she joined a Retail Training and Development Team.
In her 16 years experience in Training and Development, Ms. Galioto has designed programs that support all competencies of business development officers, managers, and sales and service representatives. In addition to her training responsibilities, Ms. Galioto successfully consulted with senior management to identify training needs of line employees and assist in the customization of program curriculum.
Ms. Galioto joined Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc. in 2007 and she designs and facilitates programs for customer service, cross-selling, compliance, sales management, leadership development, prospecting, effective negotiating, outbound calling and customer service. She graduated from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
Wendi Ochs has 18 years experience in training and coaching. Her extensive experience in the business world ranges from retail banking to non-profit industries.
Ms. Ochs’ worked in all aspects of retail banking before transitioning to training and development. She was a training manager for two major financial institutions where she focused on increasing sales, improving customer relationships and change management. She delivered a variety of exceptional training programs including Sales training, Customer Service skills, Telephone Skills, Product Knowledge and Communications Skills
Wendi’s recent experience managing training in the non-profit industry gives her a unique understanding of the need for partnering, collaboration and excellent networking skills in today’s workplace. Her most recent focus has been improving feedback skills and helping organizations to better utilize their volunteers.
Ms. Ochs joined Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc, in 2008 and focuses on Sales, Customer Service and Leadership. She graduated from Manhattan College and is President of American Society for Training and Development, Pensacola Chapter. She is also active in a number of community organizations.
Rachel Cashwell has 11 years experience in Training and Development. Previously, Ms. Cashwell was a Corporate Training Specialist for a mutual fund company, a major retail store and a global bank. Her diverse training background enables her to quickly adapt to any audience. She designs and delivers programs for Sales, Service, Supervising, Leadership, Negotiations and Investment Representation Skills. She is a graduate of Bucknell University and has her Series 7 & 63 and Real Estate License. She is an active member of her local PTA and civic organizations.
Cristina Kilberg has been a training and development professional since 1986. During her career, she has designed and delivered training in client service skills, management skills, training skills, compliance and technology. In addition to holding various Training Specialist and Training Consultant positions, Ms. Kilberg has also been an Operations Manager for a major retail corporation.
Cristina joined Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc. in 2009 and she supports the design and delivery of leadership development, trainer development and customer service training. She is an active member of her community and is one of the founders of HOLA - Garden City - Hispanic Organization of Latin Awareness. She holds a Bachelor of Science Business degree from St. John’s University and is fluent in Spanish.
Bridget Rincon has over 20 years of Marketing Communications experience in a variety of business sectors including: medical devices, computer telephony, non-profit, and equine sports.
Developing and implementing communication solutions for ad campaigns, trade show marketing, direct mail, annual reports, and business collateral, Ms. Rincon brings her extensive marketing and design experience to her clients to support their marketing and sales objectives. Ms. Rincon has been employed as an Art Director, a Creative Services Manager, and was a partner in a start-up medical devices company. She is a graduate of Arcadia University with a BA in Art-Science.
Christine – Christine brings over 10 years of successful experience in Career Coaching, Communication Skills and Networking Skills to Taylor Performance Solutions.
JoAnn – JoAnn specializes in designing Leadership and Customer Service training for Financial Services and Manufacturing and brings both training and management experience to Taylor Performance Solutions.
