Linda Berke has over 25 years of experience helping others find their next job and improve their performance in their current job. She was first certified as a Career Coach and Resume Writer when she was a National Training Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1994. In 2013, she was certified by the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches as a Certified Professional Résumé Writer.
Ms. Berke has written hundreds of résumés and has helped individuals in all stages of their careers, from those who are just starting out to those who have been in the workforce for over 25 years. She also works with people at all levels within private and public sector organizations, from front line employees to executives at the C level. She has familiarity with positions in most industries and continually stays current with trends in resumes and job search strategies.
Ms. Berke is also the founder and President of TAYLOR Performance Solutions. For almost 18 years, she and her team have helped thousands of employees across the country develop key skills needs to excel in their positions. She and her team custom design all of their workshops based on best practices of top performers which means they have developed a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in all positions from front line customer service to CFO.
This combination of background and experience has enabled Ms. Berke to develop résumés that get noticed, result in interviews and help her clients land their desired job.
Ms. Berke was featured on the Long Island, New York News 12 show Jobline that focused on “Enhancing Your Skills in the Workplace – Moving Up the Corporate Ladder” and has been featured in multiple Newsday and Long Island Business News articles. She been a member of the Association for Talent Management since 2005 and was the Long Island Chapter President from 2006-2008 and was elected again for 2012-2013. Ms. Berke graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University.
