Linda Berke, CPRW, CDCS, Founder and President, has worked in the training and development field since 1990 and brings over three decades of experience in corporate training, consulting, and leadership development. Her background spans sales, service, management, and training leadership roles across a wide range of industries.

In addition to leading TAYLOR’s leadership and customer service training practice, Linda is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Certified Digital Career Strategist (CDCS). She has helped hundreds of professionals strengthen resumes, navigate career transitions, and position themselves effectively in today’s digital job market.
